An Information Pack which contains much more detail, will be sent to you before the start of the rental.

"PINE VIEW VILLA" is SELF-CATERING Accommodation

CHECK-IN - 4pm day of arrival.

CHECK-OUT - No later than 11am day of departure.

ENTRY to the house is by a key locked in the KEY CODE BOX.

The KEY CODE BOX will be operational only from 4 pm on check-in day. Your unique code (which you are given just before the date of the rental commences) must be input to open the box.

The MANAGEMENT COMPANY live on Highlands Reserve and are contactable by telephone for any help or advice.

All BED LINENS/BATHROOM + POOL TOWELS and KITCHEN teatowels are supplied.

HAIRDRYERS are supplied in the 2 bathrooms.

A small STARTER supply is provided consisting of soap/toilet rolls.

The nearby PUBLIX supermarket is open from 8am (9am Sundays) to 10pm. There is also a PHARMACY & cash machine. A 24 hr WALMARTS is only 5 mins drive away.

There are a selection of SIT DOWN & TAKEAWAY restaurants close by at BERRY TOWN CENTER.

There is a HANDBOOK in the house. This contains various information about the home and telephone numbers for the nearest doctors/taxis/golf club etc.

There are 2 FIRE extinguishers - one on each floor.

SMOKE Alarms are fitted in most rooms.

A POOL Alarm is fitted to the Patio Door.

A SECURITY Alarm is fitted.

A FLOOR Safe is fitted.

In the TV CABINET is a selection of brochures about the area/maps/menus for various restaurants,and Family Board Games.

The TELEPHONE is located on the TV cabinet. Local/International calls and Broadband Wi-Fi internet connection are *FREE* for use with your own laptop.

A KEY for the Community Swimming Pool & Tennis Courts is supplied.

2 x BICYCLES are supplied for your use around Highlands Reserve or to the local Publix. They come with combination locks and helmets.

For the comfort of all guests - NO Pets & NO Smoking.
