The house is located on the prestigious 'HIGHLANDS RESERVE GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB' on Highway 27. There is very easy access from the community to all the entertainment in the Disney area (approx 15 mins), Seaworld and the Universal Parks (approx 25-30 mins). Located close to Berry Town Center (Publix/Applebees/Banks etc). The main shopping malls are within a 30 minutes drive. The Atlantic coast is about an 1 hrs drive hours away and the Gulf coast is approx 1½ hrs. Highway 192, with its great selection of restaurants and entertainment is only 2 miles further North.
The Orlando International Airport is within 35 – 40 minutes drive.
Sanford Airport is approx. 50 mins.

* The foyer in this beautifully maintained villa opens up into the spacious and airy Great Room which features vaulted ceilings, cathedral windows,laminated flooring and a centrepiece fireplace. It is furnished with 2 sofas and chairs, coffee table and occasional furniture and lamps. An entertainment centre has a large Flatscreen digital TV and there is a supply of DVD's & family board games.
* The Great Room leads off to the fully fitted kitchen, which comprises a breakfast bar and stools and a dining area with seating for 6. The kitchen is equipped with a double door fridge with icemaker, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Adjoining the kitchen is an informal seating area with sofa, which leads through the patio doors to the covered Lanai and out onto the pool area.
* The South/West facing pool deck is upgraded and extended and privately screened. The 28 x 14 ft pool has underwater lighting. The whole area overlooks the beautiful 10th fairway and the pretty garden is backed by pine trees. The garden is lit up in the evening, creating a tranquil atmosphere. Pool furniture, including table/chairs & parasol and sun loungers, is supplied for your relaxation in this gorgeous setting. Pool Towels are provided.
* Leading from the Great Room (lounge) is the Master Bedroom, whose window overlooks the pool area. It is furnished with a King size bed, dresser, flatscreen TV, and large walk-in closet which is fitted with a security safe. Adjoining the bedroom is the Master Bathroom with a large tiled walk-in shower, Roman bath tub, double vanity units and wc. A hairdryer and towels are supplied.
* The stairs lead up to an open plan galleried lounge or 'loft', which overlooks the Great Room. It has 2 sofas and an entertainment centre including a large Flatscreen HD digital cable TV, DVD and CD player. A selection of DVD's/CD's & books are supplied. This room is on the same floor as the other 2 bedrooms and the second bathroom.
* There are two more bedrooms, further along the hallway, which sleep 4 people. They are fitted with large closets, and are furnished with Queen beds, dressers and have Flatscreen TV's. These three rooms share the 2nd bathroom, which contains a bath, shower, vanity basin and wc. Hairdryers and Bath towels are supplied.
* On the ground floor, there is a half bathroom, with wc and handbasin. The Laundry Room is fitted with a washing machine and tumble dryer, along with iron/ironing board and vacuum cleaner. Bed Linen, Bath & Pool Towels are supplied.
* Leading from the Laundry room is the 'Games room' in the garage. The games room has a pool table, table soccer, and darts board. It is also furnished with chairs and bar stools. Also included are tennis rackets for use at the nearby tennis courts. There are 2 bicycles provided for your use around Highlands Reserve.

A large Walmart is just 5 minutes drive north on the US27 @ Cagan's Crossing.
In the opposite direction along the US27 is the new Posner Park shopping complex, which includes Target/JPenneys/BestBuy plus a cinema and restaurants.
