"Pine View Villa"

A pretty garden filled with tropical plants leads you to the front door of "PINE VIEW VILLA".

The GREAT ROOM/Lounge has high ceilings giving it a spacious airy feeling.The tall windows either side of the centrepiece Fireplace overlook the Pool Area and Golf Course.

The left hand side door in the Great Room leads into the MASTER BEDROOM.

The KITCHEN leads off from the Great Room and gets the early morning sun.

If you prefer to eat indoors, the Maple Dining Table & chairs seats 6.

The KITCHEN is fully fitted with every appliance you could need during your holiday. You can see through to the Pool and Golf Course while preparing your cocktails......

The shaded LANAI with its wicker furniture and ceiling fan leads out to the Pool deck. It offers cool shade from the heat of the day, while the Pool gets sunshine from breakfast until sunset.

The S/W facing POOL & SPA on the extended deck is the perfect place to swim, sunbathe and sip cool drinks.

The Pool overlooks the 10th fairway,and the pretty garden, but is still private.

The landscaped GARDEN leads down to the Golf Course through the pine trees. There are birdboxes and a bath to attract the birds.

It is possible to walk the short distance to the HIGHLANDS RESERVE GOLF CLUB house from the garden of "Pine View Villa".

Sit at the PATIO TABLE with its shady parasol overlooking the 10th fairway. Eat early morning breakfast or relax with a cool drink at sunset or at night when the landscape lighting illuminates the garden.

The GAMES ROOM is reached through the Laundry Room and is equipped with Pool Table/Table Soccer/and Darts Board.

Tennis racquets are supplied for use at the community tennis courts, which are within walking distance.

2 x new bikes for your use around Highlands Reserve. You can bike to the nearby local Publix or Regal Palms resort which has a bar/restaurant and TV screens showing sport.

The LAUNDRY ROOM is next to the WC and is fitted with Washer/Dryer/Ironing Board & Iron. The Cleaning cupboard holds the Vacuum Cleaner and other equipment.
All Bed Linen/Towels & Swimming towels are provided.
